Welcome to Aussie Acres Alpacas, LLC. Aussie Acres Alpacas is a small Alpaca Ranch located near the base of the Rocky Mountains, in the beautiful state of Colorado (roughly 60 miles North of Denver). Established in 1994 offering sales, boarding, birthing, consultations, training, stud service, seminars, and classes. Tim and I felt that offering a large variety of services would help educate and promote our customers within the alpaca industry. After all, our clients are the top priority!

Not only do we offer a large list of alpaca related services, we also have products such as sweaters, shawls, lap robes, blankets, scarves, gloves, headbands, yarns, raw wool and stuffed animals made from the luxurious alpaca fleece. We also have skirting tables, halters, leads and other miscellaneous farm equipment available for purchase. Currently we are not able to offer our alpaca products online, however in the meantime if you are interested in purchasing any products please contact us. In October of 2004, Diana traveled to Peru and attended the International Alpaca Judging School. She spent almost four weeks with Dr. Julio Sumar and Maggie Kreiger furthering her judging education and experiencing the alpaca in the Altiplano and in the fiber mills. Diana loves to get out the photos and reminisce about what she saw and learned. In 2004 she was presented with her Certification as an International Alpaca Judge. What a fantastic accomplishment. Diana continues to pursue her judging opportunities with AOBA in both halter and fleece shows. Tim is now semiretired and enjoying the day by day life around the ranch. While Diana was away in Peru he was able to watch many births of our 2004 crias. What an experience!
